Is excellent. Whether you want to patent it yourself or get a bachelor�s degree in the ins and outs of patenting, this is the one. I have read this book from cover to cover and am convinced it is the one stop shopping center for information on patenting your product all by yourself. What I like the most is that David takes the time to explain things thoroughly while not speaking down to you. His insight and creative writing style keep the reader interested, informed and amused. This is a must book for every inventor from novice to the expert. If it isn�t in your library yet, what are you waiting for?
Is excellent as well. What David Pressman does for Patents, Rich Stim does for Licensing Your Invention. This is truly an excellent resource book. This book will take your invention to the next level by anchoring a licensing agreement. Rich takes the time to explain the difficult and somehow make it understandable. He makes the very thing that can sink an excellent product and makes it available (the licensing agreement). Rich goes the extra mile by explaining in simple terminology the how�s and why�s of cementing a very fair and equitable agreement. He even has taken the time to include all the necessary forms you could possibly need on a disk attached with the book.

Filing For a Provisional Patent was never Easier!
Introduction
PatentWizard is a unique software program designed by Michael S. Neustel, a U.S. Registered Patent Attorney, to assist inventor in drafting and filing a �provisional� patent application with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) by taking advantage of a relatively new type of patent application � the �provisional� patent application. PatentWizard, Inc. is owned by Neustel Law Offices, LTD (www.patent-ideas.com). PatentWizard will not assist you in drafting a complete �formal� patent application. You will want to review our web site PatentWizard for more information about PatentWizard 2.0 and provisional patent applications.
Limitations
There are many limitations with PatentWizard and provisional patent applications that you should familiarize yourself with. PatentWizard is not designed to replace the advice or service of a competent Patent Attorney. PatentWizard will not assist you with drafting the claims section that is required for a formal patent application (claims are not required for a �provisional� patent application). PatentWizard is also not designed to assist inventors with drafting a complete �formal� patent application that typically requires a competent Patent Attorney.
PatentWizard will only assist you with drafting a provisional patent application which provides patent pending for only one-year. A provisional patent application by itself can never issue into a patent. A provisional patent application is never examined by the USPTO for patentability hence you will never receive an Office Action or a patent by only filing a provisional patent application. A complete formal patent application must be filed within the one-year period of a provisional patent application to provide an opportunity of receiving a patent. You should consult with a Patent Attorney if you have any questions.
Required Hardware and Software
To properly run PatentWizard, you need an IBM compatible 486 or higher computer with a minimum of 8 megabytes (MB) of memory (RAM). You will also need Windows 95, 98, NT or 2000 along with a VGA monitor or better. You will also need a hard disk drive with at least 10 MB of free space along with a CD-ROM drive.
